The appealing staff at Burger King can demonstrate how much they appreciate their guests. The spectacular service is something these restaurateurs care about. I am writing this review after a horrific experience at this outlet. I waited for 50 minutes for a simple order of 2 burgers. The service was pathetic, but that was just the start of the nightmare. Here are the major issues: 1. Unbearable Atmosphere: The air conditioning was ineffective/off. I was literally sweating while waiting for nearly an hour. The seating arrangement is uncomfortable and third-class. 2. Unprofessional Staff Behavior: The staff is completely untrained. They were using abusive and uncivilized language among themselves, laughing loudly, and completely ignoring customers. They were prioritizing orders for their personal acquaintances/friends while paying customers waited. 3. Food Quality & Harassment: I specifically ordered a Mutton (Goat meat) burger, but I was served a Lamb/Sheep burger that had a foul, rotten smell. When I pointed this out, instead of apologizing, the staff harassed me and insulted me, claiming I "don't have knowledge about food." This is sheer disrespect. It is shameful that Burger King has hired such uneducated and rude staff who have no background in hospitality. This outlet needs to be shut down or the entire staff needs to be replaced with educated Hotel Management professionals immediately.

Place good , Food was also fabulous. But service Zero. Thers was a shceme for customer which applicable only order food with burgar king app. But no on from staff who tell us that order that food with app and get discount. Very disappoint. Please watch it carefully. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
