I just want to share my recent visit in Burger king regarding the behaviour of the store manager and the overall poor standards during my recent visit. The store manager was standing idle for nearly one hour and did not assist the team at all, even though staff clearly needed support. The manager did not engage with customers, nor did he ask about food quality or service standards. The food quality was unacceptable. The fries were stone cold and appeared to be re-fried, which is not acceptable from a food safety or customer service perspective. Additionally, there was no concern shown by the manager regarding guest experience. At no point was there any interaction to check if customers were satisfied with the food or service. I was also very concerned to see that the guest toilet and staff toilet appeared to be the same, and it was extremely dirty. This raises serious hygiene and health concerns. Overall, the lack of leadership, poor food quality, and unhygienic conditions resulted in a very disappointing experience. I request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action taken to ensure standards are maintained. And Why They dont provide any Invoice to me I didnt Understand I was in rush becouse I am With my son no Baby chair is Avilable This is Not complaint .this what Managment need to change .I like BK that why i did this message .please look After your customer otherwise it will be same like next shop Mcd.
