Subject: Complaint Regarding Wrong Order and Staff Behavior – Order #1008 Dear Burger King Team, I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent order (Order ID: 1008) at your Botanical Garden, Noida outlet. I had ordered a Crispy Veg Tasty Meal and 2 Chocolate Sundaes. However, instead of receiving the sundaes, I was given a Pizza Puff. When I informed the staff, their behavior was not polite or helpful. Initially, I was told that the price was ₹69, while on your app the correct price is shown as ₹39. Only after pointing this out repeatedly was I finally given the sundae. Additionally, I noticed that even though I placed my order earlier than some other customers, they received their orders before me. This was disappointing and unprofessional. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure that such mistakes and behavior are not repeated in the future. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and accuracy with my orders.
