Today around 1am we reached there and there were many customers dining before we reached. After waiting for 5min when we asked them to place order they told do it through app. Which is obviously time consuming. But we did, and waited for it. Most of the tables were dirty(though there are ample of staff). Still we were hungry so we waited. When the order was ready around 1.45am they told u cant dine in, u have to take away. We told u should have informed us. They as usual gave random excuses that,we had switched off the light (which when we entered was put off after 15min). Why is it written 7am -4am, when it can't function as per the time. The most important part is the very rude behaviour of the staff, no politeness, no professionalism, typical rowdy language. We had to cancel the order. Anyway won't prefer to go there again. This is not my first bad experience with this outlet. But this time it really made me upset. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

unable to open the thickshake bottle...in the 21zt century you'd think they'll have better designs and easy to open bottles but alas burger king refuses to progress.
