A very disappointing experience I had at your Kurla East Point outlet on 7th October 2025 around 6:00 PM I had ordered the Big 12 meal, which includes 6 pieces of Hot & Crispy chicken and 6 pieces of Hot Wings. When I went to collect my order, the staff handed me completely cold food. After I requested an exchange, they reluctantly agreed — but only after much hesitation. After waiting another 20–30 minutes, I received the exchanged food, but to my shock, the chicken pieces were undercooked and not cleaned properly. There was visible blood oozing from the pieces, which clearly indicates they were not cooked thoroughly. I even informed one of the staff members present, but there was no proper response or concern shown. I have pictures as proof, showing the uncooked chicken with blood, which is unacceptable for a brand like KFC.
