BURGER KING APP SCAM ALERT Worst service of Burger King (VR Mall Branch in Anna Nagar) I ordered burgers through the app of burger king, My order got confirmed and I paid online. I waited for the order for nearly 2 hours and still it is undelivered. This is total scam on the app of the burger king. The app shows order is being prepared but the delivery is not even completed. I had even called on phone (30 times) to get the update of my order to this branch but they never even picked up my call. There is no customer support on the burger king app apart from email or branch contact number. I am feeling very disappointed and frustated and feel like giving a curse to them on a lunch time. If they dont want to deliver the order then why are they taking UPI payment from customers. There was no delivery partner assigned to me on burger king app. The app shows that Burger King Anna Nagar branch has the responsibility and all contact is theirs on the app. Please be aware and never order on the burger king app on playstore/appstore. In future I will 100% never ever visit burger king even if I starve and die hungry. Worst service and worst customer support on the app and branch of VR Mall in Anna nagar. PS : After waiting 5 hours even I did not recieve my order and from the burger king (anna nagar branch) Finally I called them and after having a conflict they gave me full refund and cancelled my order. It is so stupid to order from burger king with such terrible experience that I cannot expect even food from them nor the delivery. Ultimately I waited, I starved and my order got cancel and refunded (even after paying full amount online before placing order) It’s a complete mis-management by the staff, system and the company who does not have the responsibility towards customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.
