After standing in the queue for 10 minutes, the order taker, Padma Priya, informed me that they did not have change for ₹500 and refused to take my order unless I provided the exact amount. When I asked for alternative payment methods like Google Pay or a card, I was told that the machine was not working. Instead of offering a solution, I was asked to stand in another queue for the self-service portal, further adding to the inconvenience. This is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on KFC’s customer service. If there were known payment issues, customers should have been informed earlier instead of making them wait. Additionally, a large chain like KFC should always have basic change available. Service: 1
