I am writing to express my concern regarding an unexplained additional charge of ₹1 on my recent Burger King order at the Koramangala, Forum Mall location. Upon inquiry, staff indicated this charge is applied automatically. I find this practice of charging customers without explicit consent unacceptable. Furthermore, I am skeptical of any claims that this additional fee is being donated to charitable causes. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800
