I made TWO online payments for the home delivery order to Burger King on 04 August. However, the store declined the order after 40-45 minutes, and the amount paid was not refunded.. On the same day, I raised a support request through the app regarding the refund issue, contacted their official Twitter (now X) handle, and emailed them. Over the next five days, I repeatedly tried contacting them via email and social media, but no action was taken. After several attempts, they started ignoring my messages. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable from a global food brand of this stature. I am seeking compensation from Burger King for the harassment and unprofessional conduct I have experienced. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
