Shockingly Rude and Unprofessional Experience at Zodiac Bar & KitchenI’ve honestly never had such an unpleasant experience at a restaurant. Within the first five minutes of entering Zodiac Bar and Kitchen, I was stopped multiple times by staff who kept checking what I was carrying and even questioning the band I was wearing on my wrist — as if I was trying to sneak something in. It was intrusive, unnecessary, and incredibly disrespectful.If that wasn’t enough, the staff’s attitude was downright rude. No greeting, no courtesy, just a complete lack of basic hospitality. When I finally got to the counter to order, I learned that nearly 80% of the items on the menu were unavailable — and this was at 9 PM on a Saturday night, their supposed prime time.At that point, we decided not to bother eating at all. Between the constant questioning, the dismissive service, and the empty menu, the entire experience felt like a waste of time and energy.If you’re looking for a place that values its customers or even has food available during dinner hours, Zodiac Bar and Kitchen is definitely not it.
