Recently I went this Vaishali Nagar (Jaipur) branch of burger farm and very unhappy with the service and the way they treat you. I ordered 2 farm cheese burst burger and 1 veg spicy paneer wrap. First of all they took very long to serve the order then as soon as the order came instead of spicy paneer wrap they served us paneer burger. I have to ask them to replace it and wait again for the wrap after already waiting so long. Usually I love the quality of burger farm but that branch that day also disappointed me in the taste of both burger and wrap and when I went to complain for all this stuff they ignored me and no one was listening, instead they were intentionally serving other customers. Also not to mention I used their washroom, their flush was not working that day, although that's not what their main job is, but still it's a very crucial thing to keep in check. I love burger farm especially their branch near Ridhi Sidhi circle but that particular Vaishali Nagar branch on that day disappointed me on so many crucial points. Never going there again that's for sure and hope my review reaches them and a lot of people so they work upon it better from now on. Food: 2 Service: 1

They've degraded the quality of my favourite crispy masala burger. The patty is not that much amazing and rich now, it is more of a kind mediocre product with average taste blend. Earlier whenever I used to make people eat crispy masala burger for an hour they used to savour the taste. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Crispy Veg Burger Vegetarian options: Crispy masala burger but from different branches.
