When this place was new, it was honestly better than the KFC Vaishali branch. The quality, taste, and portion size were excellent. But recently, it’s gone completely downhill. In my last 3-4 orders, the food has been extremely oily, with a strong dirty oil smell. Most of the time they forget to sprinkle masala on the cocktail wings. And my last order was the worst. The Burrito only had rice inside — no chicken at all! After waiting so long for the order, this is what I got. The chicken strips were 99% coating and hardly 1% chicken. If you’re out of chicken, shut the shop — don’t cheat customers like this. It’s pure dishonesty and a total waste of money. Not ordering again. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 1
