I had attended a function where they were the catering contractor. The food was taste less. Mutton in mutton biriyani was just boiled without a sense of spices. The plates was awful. Presented in a covered paper, the edges where either broken or chipped. May be they use the cover to hide these. No plates were properly cleaned. ...dry food remain in the plates.... I had to replace 5 plates to find a better one and clean myself. . Dessert plates were in the same situation. .. good that the staff had nothing to say on the above... they just were morons. .
