Make an effort to go taste what they serve, that’s what chicken ghee roast tastes like, and that’s definitely not what you’re serving! I tried from your restaurant back when you just opened, and then today expecting there might have been a change, only to know the has been no development ever since.. the dish tastes of raw Chilly powder, moreover i cannot taste any ghee in any corner of the dish. It’s just oil and a lot of Kashmiri chilli powder. And the masala is undercooked, it’s called ghee roast for heaven’s sake, put GHEE in there, and ROAST it!!!! Please don’t mislead customers in calicut, Ghee Roast is an emotion, the pride of mangalore. You’re destroying it. Consider changing your recipe or please don’t serve it!
