Love this cafe. Especially ma’am. She’s so kind. Been visiting this cafe almost 3 yrs and it’s become one of the most comforting places. From the staff to food to the vibe, everything is immaculate.

It’s one of those cafe where they want to make money and then chase the client away once food is served We entered no one told working on laptop not allowed they hid the banner and once order served we are in middle of food the tall guy in below pic came and showed image laptop not allowed Funny didn’t he see us entering with laptop or while ordering food ? Quality of food average and to add avoid tomatoe ketchup it was stale

They are part of our standard operating guidelines that every guest is expected to respect.Second, your claim that “no one was waiting” is factually incorrect. At the time few senior citizens were waiting for seats along with their family members, and our staff acted appropriately to ensure they were accommodated. Suggesting otherwise is misleading to the public.As for your comment about us “struggling for reviews,” let’s be clear: our café has earned a strong reputation and loyal customer base through consistent quality and genuine hospitality—not by seeking or sparring over online reviews. Visited Brews n Bagels Cafe recently and was drawn to their cozy ambiance and inviting vibe. However, my experience with their S’mores Hot Chocolate left much to be desired. Priced at ₹350 + gst = 403 on the special menu (compared to ₹220 for their regular hot chocolate), I was expecting a premium drink with chocolate ganache, cocoa, marshmallows, and crumb cookies, as described. Unfortunately, it tasted more like Bournvita milk topped with marshmallows and Hershey’s syrup—a disappointing experience given the price point. At such a premium, I was hoping for a richer and more indulgent flavor. The drink fell short, and it discouraged us from ordering anything else. While the ambiance is great, I’d recommend revisiting this product or discontinuing it altogether to match customer expectations. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Just for information - We use Chocolate Ganache Premium Dark Chocolate bar and not *Bournvita* as you have mentioned. Marshmallow cookie crumble We acknowledge that our customers have varied palettes and all may have a different opinion the way drinks are served .Our prices are aligned with the quality and our drinks are served with commitment and consistency for a memorable experience always.That's the reason probably - this drink has been a *Hot Seller.* We hope to see you again and our staff will be happy to serve you.
