Visited Brews n Bagels Cafe recently and was drawn to their cozy ambiance and inviting vibe. However, my experience with their S’mores Hot Chocolate left much to be desired. Priced at ₹350 + gst = 403 on the special menu (compared to ₹220 for their regular hot chocolate), I was expecting a premium drink with chocolate ganache, cocoa, marshmallows, and crumb cookies, as described. Unfortunately, it tasted more like Bournvita milk topped with marshmallows and Hershey’s syrup—a disappointing experience given the price point. At such a premium, I was hoping for a richer and more indulgent flavor. The drink fell short, and it discouraged us from ordering anything else. While the ambiance is great, I’d recommend revisiting this product or discontinuing it altogether to match customer expectations. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Just for information - We use Chocolate Ganache Premium Dark Chocolate bar and not *Bournvita* as you have mentioned. Marshmallow cookie crumble We acknowledge that our customers have varied palettes and all may have a different opinion the way drinks are served .Our prices are aligned with the quality and our drinks are served with commitment and consistency for a memorable experience always.That's the reason probably - this drink has been a *Hot Seller.* We hope to see you again and our staff will be happy to serve you.
