Visited Sandburgs and tried the Mushroom Toasties, Peri Peri Fries, Classic Pollo, and Mac & Cheese. Here’s my take: Mushroom Toasties – Crispy bread with a creamy, well-seasoned mushroom filling. A decent snack, though a bit more cheese would have made it even better. Peri Peri Fries – Nicely spiced and crispy, but slightly on the saltier side. The portion was generous, making it a good side to share. Classic Pollo – A simple yet flavorful chicken burger. The grilled chicken was tender, the bun was fresh, and the sauces added a nice touch without overpowering the flavors. A solid pick for those who prefer a lighter, less greasy burger. Mac & Cheese – Creamy, cheesy, and comforting. The pasta was well-cooked, and the sauce had a nice balance of flavors. Could have been a bit more indulgent with extra cheese or a crispy topping, but still a good choice for cheese lovers. Overall, Sandburgs delivered a satisfying meal.
