Came here after a long day to sit for a while and finish up some work - but the staff was quite rude, he'd come every ten minutes and demand quite rudely to order and seemed indifferent to the customer. Cozy space made miserable so easily.

Brewgarten is a nice place overall good coffee and a pleasant vibe. But the hospitality feels a bit lacking, and that does take away from the experience. Also, I get that cafés avoid games for noise or work reasons, but banning something like chess feels unnecessary. Cafés aren’t just about coffee, they’re about social connection too. Would be great to see places loosen up a bit, especially when quiet activities like chess can actually add to the culture.
