I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience regarding my confirmed reservation at your restaurant. Despite having a confirmed booking, my reservation was abruptly cancelled without any prior notice or reasonable explanation.This is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the level of service expected from an establishment of your reputation. A confirmed reservation is a commitment from both sides, and cancelling it last minute not only caused inconvenience but also disrupted my plans.Such practices erode customer trust and make it difficult to consider your restaurant as a reliable choice in the future. I sincerely hope you review your reservation and customer service policies to ensure that confirmed bookings are honored, or at the very least, that customers are informed well in advance with an appropriate resolution.I would appreciate your acknowledgment of this feedback and clarification on how such situations will be prevented in the future.

Brewers Bay in Kharghar is easily one of the better cafes in the area. The place has a clean, aesthetic vibe that makes it stand out stylish interiors, cozy seating, and just the kind of atmosphere you want when you’re catching up with friends or even just grabbing some alone time. It's one of those places that immediately feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The food is really good and the coffee is consistently great. You can tell they put effort into both taste and presentation. That said, the prices are slightly on the higher side, especially considering the portion sizes. But honestly, the overall experience quality, service, and ambiance makes it worth it. The staff here are super friendly and polite, always attentive without being intrusive, which adds to the comfort of the place. If you're in Kharghar and looking for a spot that checks all the boxes aesthetic setup, tasty food, good coffee, and warm service. Brewers Bay is a solid choice.
