very pathetic service, all staff are Nepali they don't understand us they don't know anything about menu and they avoid you. worst part hotel owner was sitting in front of us even she didn't bother to ask us what we want and finally we said enough is enough while we were leaving the owner came and asks us how was the food and service.... I said PATHETIC, you better close the hotel!!
