I doubt is the reviews are paid , I had a disappointing experience during an enquiry call with this accommodation. The lady I spoke to was rude, inattentive, and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of providing alternatives or being helpful, she abruptly shut the conversation, stating the dates were booked, without any effort to be flexible or accommodating. A more polite and professional approach would have been appreciated. First impressions matter, and this was far from welcoming.
