We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room service staff were helpful and always greeted us with smiling faces, which made us feel very welcome. The person at the reception was supportive and made the check-in, stay & check-out smooth and pleasant. A special mention to Nikita and her colleagues from the restaurant including the chef. The service overall was excellent. The food was also good. Our room and bathroom were clean, and housekeeping was done daily, which we really appreciated. Even the location of the hotel is very good — convenient and easily accessible. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay! We will surely come back here. This was the best experience we have ever had. The location and the service provided by the staff was excellent. We specially appreciate the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant. The food was super tasty and clean. We had both dinner and breakfast. The dinner and breakfast both was really mouth watering and clean. We thank Ms. Deepthi and Ms. Nikita who assisted us during the dinner and breakfast respectively. We also thank you for the excellent service provided. Service: 5

We had an amazing stay at the palette hill view resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The pool area was absolutely stunning—clean, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Whether we were relaxing and taking a dip, it felt like pure luxury.The rooms were well-maintained, stylish, and comfortable, with great amenities. special mention for Mr.sanoj The housekeeping HOD for his very friendly and professional approach and for making sure all the requirements in the room to be done perfectly .I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the views from the balcony. Room service was prompt thanks again, and the food at the in-house restaurant was delicious—especially the breakfast buffet. i must mention ms.deepti the f&b hostess who is very professional at the role with great enthusiasm and politeness.Overall, it was a relaxing and refreshing getaway.
