We tried to call the restraunt, no body picked the damn phone and when the zomato executive brought us togeather on the call, I don't know the man had courage to ask us to wait for a bit more even after 2 hours claiming that don't worry food won't be cold.
PS - as per them the delivery guy took order 1 hour ago. How can a food remain warm if the order was out for delivery one hour ago.
