I recently visited Bowlers Guwahati to try their sushi and other Japanese dishes, and I was thoroughly impressed! The ambiance was cozy with a modern touch, making it a great place for a relaxed meal. The sushi was the star of the show—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The Salmon Nigiri and California Roll were particularly delicious, with perfect rice texture and fresh ingredients. Apart from sushi, I also tried their Chicken Teriyaki and Ramen, both of which were flavorful and authentic. The teriyaki sauce was well-balanced, and the ramen broth was rich and comforting. Service was prompt and friendly, with staff happy to explain the menu. The pricing was reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. The only minor downside was the limited dessert options, but the overall experience more than made up for it.
