I ordered a Lego Friends cake after seeing various design. The cake was both pretty and delicious. The attention to detail can be seen in the attached pic. Highly recommend Bon Ton custom design cakes! Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible service experience. I placed an order for a Double Chocolate Truffle Praline Cake (1lb) worth Rs.1300 via Swiggy. It was a gift for my wife's birthday. I had added special instructions via Swiggy app to write "Happy Birthday Wifey". As it is my habit, I immediately called Bonn Tonn Gourmet and informed the same to Ritam (probably the owner/store manager). He immediately confirmed that he had received the instruction and it would be followed as requested. When the cake arrived, NO MESSAGE. That is fine as that might happen. However, when I called the store again, Ritam answered and he (1) Bluntly denied of speaking with me earlier and started questioning his employees, (2) Started to give me false information regarding how the Swiggy orders are processed, (3) When questioned regarding following simple instruction regarding writing a Happy Birthday message, started making up stories how they DO NOT write messages on cakes, but on bigger base and that too only for personal orders made to the store directly, (4) Confirmed that if you place an order with Swiggy/Zomato, and provide specific instructions, AND call them AND they agree to follow it, they WILL NOT follow it in reality! The problem was not missing to write Happy Birthday on a cake. The issue was how Ritam started arguing and lying on my face even after creating such a mess himself! In all, the service was horrible. Not because of the food, but because of Ritam's inability to owing up the mistake I will never order from this confectioners again.
