Delicious Seafood & Great Service! Absolutely loved the food at Bombil! The fish thali, mussel fry, and prawns recheado were packed with flavor. And the sreadora was an absolute foodgasm — a must-try if you visit! The service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and attentive. ** The only downside ** was the indoor temperature — it got a bit suffocating due to the humidity (and it’s just monsoon now!). I can only imagine how it might feel during peak summer . Installing an AC or a few coolers would really elevate the dining experience. That said, I’d still go back just for the food. Exceptional food. Primarily a Fish/seafood restaurant but also has mutton and pork thali. Worth visiting, go early, it gets full even on weekdays. FOOD 5/5. DRINKS 5/5. ATMOSPHERE 5/5 So if I am not wrong the place is made out in the baramda (compound)of a traditional Goan house. The main wall has real crab shells with guest reviews and comments. The place has great vibe. A traditional Goan feel. SERVICE Staff is well trained and they suggest their best dishes and cocktails. Although I had long waiting time but Joseph managed to make sure I get my table on time as it's bit too busy during afternoons. Very warm and welcoming staff. They made sure the food was on table in 10 minutes from the time I ordered.
