I recently ordered paddu from this place called bombat dose, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The first plate I received had several paddus that were overcooked and visibly burnt, making them nearly inedible. I politely brought it to the staff’s attention and requested a fresh serving, hoping for a better. To my surprise, even the second serving had the same issue again, the paddus were burnt and dry on the outside, lacking the soft texture they’re supposed to have. I understand that occasional inconsistencies can happen, but serving visibly blackened food twice isn’t acceptable, especially when a customer raises a concern. There’s definitely potential here the chutney was decent and the idea of fresh paddu is great but the execution and quality control need serious improvement. I genuinely hope the team takes this feedback constructively and ensures better consistency and customer satisfaction moving forward. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
