Fries Factory – Crispy, Spicy & Worth a Try Came across Fries Factory on Instagram Reels and decided to check it out for the first time. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical since fries usually mean lots of oil, but I was pleasantly surprised — the hygiene was well maintained, and the place looked neat and clean. The menu pricing is slightly on the higher side, but considering the cleanliness and quality, it feels justified. I tried the Mexican Spicy Fries, and they were absolutely delicious — perfectly crispy, not at all soggy, and packed with flavor. The spice level was just right for me, and it’s definitely something I’d recommend. Tip: Great for fries lovers who don’t want the usual oily experience. A bit pricey, but worth it for the taste and hygiene. I had a very bad experience at Fries Factory. My token number was 4. For just one order of fries, I had to wait almost 25 minutes, even though it was afternoon time with no crowd at all (I have attached the bill and photo for proof). When I asked the staff why it was taking so long, all I got in response was, “We are preparing, we are preparing”—no proper explanation, no positive attitude, and no sense of customer service. Even the billing counter staff were unhelpful. If you want to eat here, be prepared to waste nearly an hour just for fries. Very disappointing experience and not worth the wait at all. They took 25 mins for medium fries. Fries were too oily and half fried. We threw away the whole. Receptionist was good, he told he will get new us new fries. But we weren't ready to wait and taste since it took long time for the earlier one. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
