I really didn’t want to delay writing this. We made a booking for Bologna today; for 8 people, and paid 200 to reserve a good deal on District. Sadly when we reached, we realised one of our family members, on a wheelchair, wouldn’t be able to climb the stairs, so we had to leave and we apologised to them but went someplace else. Much to my very pleasant surprise, Bologna cancelled the reservation on their own and refunded the 200, which they didn’t have to do, but was a very courteous move on their part. We will 100% come back to eat here, this was wonderfully considerate of them. Thank you.
