This is not a POSITIVE OR A NEGATIVE REVIEW. Dear team, we have been ordering every other day lately. Trust me when I say this, a lot of chefs have told me of being surprised at your bakery products. Your sandwiches and croissants are excellent and so are your breads. But what spoils your sandwiches are the wafers. When going all out on the main product, please don't be so stingy with the wafers. Your wafers are nowhere close to your main dish. They always consistently arrive soggy on every delivery. O would suggest if you are spending 5 Rs. on this portion of wafer, you should rather add a 5 Rs . Pack of a lays or Balaji or whatever that's available in the market, if you are spending a 10, add a pack that costs you 10. Your sandwich box allows that space, really I mean it does. Please do not end up spoiling the experience of a snack or meal cuz of mere wafers. Cuz they don't really exists but they do happen to create a buzz when they are on point- crispy and fresh out of the pack. Thank you.

Took 30 mins to serve 2 coffees. Even when ter served coffees, they didn't give extra sugar. So we had to ask for sugar. Then, when they got sugar, they didn't get stirrers. So we had to ask for that. Then, they didn't even get plates to keep it on. It was so bad. We wanted to get something veg, and when we asked, they were clueless. They should've easily mentioned that they're disinterested to service, and we should visit Third Wave, which was beside it. They didn't even heat the cake properly, and had to go again and reheat it, and it was still bad. We had to ask for cutlery, which they didn't bother providing. They had pipe repairs, so they couldn't serve in proper ceramic cups, so they served in paper cups. Even when prompted, the cashier didn't take payment by card. The tables were dirty, unclean, and even smelled a bit. I'm never visiting Blue Tokai ever again in my life. Genuinely disappointed. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹200–400

I recently ordered a wrap, and to my surprise, the inner “roti” layer was not cooked properly. When I raised this with one of the staff, I was informed that it’s a pre-made fixed base which is only heated before serving. This is quite concerning from a hygiene and quality perspective. If customers are paying the price, they deserve freshly prepared, properly cooked food — not something that feels stale. If your strength lies in coffee, it would be better to focus on that rather than compromising on the quality of food. Doing business is great, but hygiene and customer trust should never be played with. Additionally, I had ordered a Vietnamese coffee, which is usually quite good at Blue Tokai. However, despite clearly requesting only 2 ice cubes, the quantity of the drink was noticeably reduced while serving, which was disappointing. I sincerely hope you take this feedback constructively and work towards improving the quality of both food and service.
