The finishing of the cake was honestly very disappointing. It wasn’t packed properly, which caused the top layer to fall off. The taste was okay, but the reference image we provided wasn’t followed at all. There was no real thought or creativity put into the design we had asked for. The pricing was similar to other well-known cake stores, but the quality and expectations were not met. I had ordered nutella hazelnut ferrero. However taste of nutella was absolutely null. Cake reference was white colour, still cake I received was butter yellow colour. Really disappointed! Pls think before ordering! Food: 1
