Food and coffee was, of course, overpriced. Overall experience was good, but Blue Tokai anywhere is poor value for money. And don't go there if you are in a hurry. These places are best to kill a lot of time over just a cup of coffee. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Dear Blue Tokai team, Please explain to me what does c complimentary gift box mean on a purchase of 1500 to 1999? I’m supposed to receive a 10% discount and it says ask your staff for a complimentary gift box. Diwali gift box. When I asked your staff, they had no clue, no idea about it. I even spoke to the manager, and he says that you will only get the discount of 10% on non-food items. I don’t even understand what that means If I purchased a total of ₹1500 Nor did I get a discount and nor did I get a complimentary gift box? Why put up a sign which your team is not aware about?
