The worst Americano I’ve ever had. The cafe lacked natural light, with no windows and a loud industrial background noise. The washroom was inexplicably locked, and though the staff was friendly, they ignored my request to unlock it. I had high expectations for Blue Tokai, but it was a letdown—I’ll be sticking with Third Wave. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400
