very loud music after informing the people in charge they turn the speakers towards the wall like illiterate people. which made the music loud.. everyone in this outlet was speaking loud thanks to the un rhythmic music

Today I visited pop tate's kurla Phoenix , I have been to many other branch as well but today I was surprised with kurla branch pop tates...I was sitting on table no. 11 next to my table there was a girl she puked on the table...so I asked the server to change my table but the server he didn't bothered for us he waiting there nd asking for money from that guest to pay dine nd then after 5mins he came nd then they changed my table, literally I didn't expected that the manager will ask me to sit on that kind of table...later I asked for cutlery to have my food he just kept the cutlery on my quater plate nd left nd then again I asked him to give tissue he just kept that tissue on table without the tissue holder nd left...then I called the shift supervisor is this how u serve nd treat ur guest...they changed my table again nd all my Appetizer got cold then the main thing what happened there was a server who came to my table nd took the fresh spoon w/o my permission from my table...what kind of training or service I dnt know...no manager or supervisor came to my table to take the feed back or to apologize also....overall my experience in pop tate's at kural Phoenix was completely disappointed.
