Absolutely amazing!! The location, the staff, the rooms... Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful right from the arrival to departure. The view of the blue sea from the hotel was extremely relaxing! You can also enjoy dining from their restaurant present on the private beach. If you wish to vacation in Kerala, do give The Leela Kovalam a try! Service: 5

Very nice hotel with great location next to the sandy beach. We stayed in seaview villa. The room was very comfortable and supplied daily with plenty of water and apples. The staff in hotel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with huge selection of food and drinks. The evening meal is quite expensive compared with the other restaurants around the town. Unfortunately our villa was located fairly close to the mosque and we were frequently woken up by the sound from minaret in early morning. There was no chance to sleep because of the high volume of noise. I know that issue can’t be resolved by Hotel management by it was really annoying to be woken up at 5.30 and 6.30 am!! Do not stay in the hotel during Ramadan!! Service: 5

Choosing Leela Raviz to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary could not have gone better. On arrival, they upgraded our room 2 levels from Garden view room to Premier sea view room. Surprised us with complementary cake and a painting as gift for our anniversary. The room is very comfy with nice views. The buffet dinner and breakfast at their in house Terrace restaurant had numerous choices and varieties, and were delicious too. They also have in house activities and amenities like scuba diving, infinity pool, spa, cultural program. Service: 5
