Rider didn't deliver the order straight away, he picked up another clients order on the way. Secondly I received the wrong order. Instead of fries got a cofffee at 1 am in the morning.

The cashier was a bias and racist person. I was placing an order when a rude arrogant women pushed his boyfriend and tried to place the order ahead of me breaking the queue and the server instead giving us the order gave it to them when we paid him before. That arrogant teenage girl was trying to flatter the cashier into getting her order first and he did exactly how she wanted it. I request the owners of Bistro 37 to kindly train the cashier about basic customer service etiquettes and to fulfill the order of those who placed and paid for the order first.
