I had ordered biriyani, the quantity compared to dine in was less and the rice was very dry and undercooked and very hard to swallow all the biriyani masala was burnt . Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1

Travelled 3km basis the update on Zomato mentioning that the last order time is 11pm. Reached the hotel by 10:45, was denied service stating the last order time was 10:30pm and we can't order on the table. Requested to take an order for a takeaway said I need to order online on Swiggy or Zomato as they could not punch in the order. This barring the time buffer of 15 minutes and requesting for a takeaway. Had to travel back home and then place the order, waste of time and resources for what could have been a minimal wait of 15 minutes at the restaurant to place the order and collect it and head out way. The resturant really needs to update their timings mentioned on the app to ensure the customers don't face such a nuisance and be little more accommodating in accepting orders in person at the restaurant till the time mentioned on the platforms. Often ordered via zomato for home delivery, I decided to reach the dining outlet to see avaliable options. Initialy had a positive vibes with cleanliness and ambiance ,we ordered a chick-kebab which was nice with they green chutney, however things turned murky when I ordered lucknow- biriyani they said not avaliable, then kolkata biriyani that too not avaliable, then I asked what was avaliable it turned out to be hyderabadi biriyani. Now their online page shows avability of these other variant of biriyani , now this is when I belief they actualy have only hyderabadi biriyani and sells the same with slight play of spiciness to be named as awadhi/kolkata/lucknow etc biriyani. Asked for softdring ,they said they have only chass (buttermilk) , I said fine . Ohh damnn...!!! Such a taste-less buttermilk I never had in my life.
