Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. At Jaman, we take pride in offering a serene, nature-rich dining space — surrounded by trees and greenery. With that comes the occasional presence of mosquitoes, despite our efforts to provide comfort, including repellents at every table. Nature and the life it nurtures often come as a package. To clarify, the owner didn’t casually ask if you were being bitten. He specifically asked whether, even after using the repellent provided, you were still facing discomfort — simply to encourage its use, not to dismiss your concern. Your curry was specially prepared with minimal oil, as requested. Our team did their best to serve you respectfully, but unfortunately, the gentleman at your table was rude to both the staff and the owner. That kind of behaviour is unacceptable and deeply disheartening. We believe that not every restaurant is a perfect fit for every guest — and that’s okay. But we do believe in standing by our team when they’re doing their best with integrity. We wish you better-aligned experiences elsewhere. Warm regards, Team Jaman
