Very disappointing experience at The Irish House, Malad (Orbit Mall). Service was extremely slow, staff kept saying they’d check on our order but never followed up, and after a long wait, we were told our dish wasn’t available. Even after requesting cancellation of the substitute order, they ignored it and served it anyway. Poor service, lack of communication, and frustrating overall experience. Price per person: ₹2,000+
