My visit to Bindu's Cafe in Varkala was a deeply disappointing experience. As an Indian, I felt completely unwelcome in my own country. The owner showed a clear lack of interest in serving Indian customers, while foreigners were given prompt and friendly service. This kind of discriminatory attitude is not only unprofessional but also shameful, especially in a place like Varkala that thrives on tourism and hospitality. The customer service was poor, with no courtesy or basic respect shown. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values dignity and respectful treatment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am a returning visitor and my highlight to Varkala is enjoying the fantastic fruit bowl for breakfast and the best cappuccino. The staff are lovely friendly and efficient and the view is stunning.
