Extremely disappointed with Bikkgane Biryani (Mira road Branch). My order was never delivered, and Sharad (Manager) was unresponsive when I tried to follow up. Very poor service and lack of accountability. Don’t ever order through this app.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bikkgane Biryani (Mira Road Branch). I placed an order that was never delivered on the scheduled day. After repeatedly following up, I spoke to Sharad (Manager) and Bharat (Staff). They assured me that a refund would be initiated and that I would receive complimentary food as an apology. I accepted the complimentary food only because it was explicitly communicated as a gesture for the missed order I even have voice proof of Sharad confirming this. Despite this, the refund has not been processed, and my messages have been ignored. Sharad is now claiming that the food delivered later was part of the original order, which is completely false. I agreed to the complimentary food only because the original order never arrived, and this was the only way they offered to make up for it. This experience demonstrates poor customer service, broken promises, and lack of accountability. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that future customers are treated fairly.
