Raw chicken served. Pathetic service and when raised complaint, the manager minaz argued saying no one complained yet, how can you? and this is what we server to every other table thorough out the day, we cook everything properly blah blah. But won't accept the fact that the chicken is raw. I have posted this picture for people to see what these people are serving in the restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sachin, Firstly we have checked with our captain Mr. Minaz & other team members also that did they received such kind of complaint from any guest in past few days but they said no they won’t ! Secondly we have noticed that the white plate pattern which you shown in your picture is not belong to our restaurant Dubai Darbar & also the back ground surface of dark colour is not from our restaurant Dubai Darbar. So we do not accept your complaint & this false review too. These days business owner face such kind of fake review threats very often. Kindly share the invoice copy if you are genuine. Also we have observed from your profile that you have given mostly 1 star rating to many food dine in restaurant so we got the kind of personality of the reviewer…

Ordered Tandoori Chicken from Dubai Darbar via Zomato. And they have sent me undercooked, raw Chicken with 10X chilli / spice. When tried to raise a concern by calling the restaurant, no one answered. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Pooja Shetty,Firstly we are sorry for the inconvenience cause to you for your order ! You had place an order of Chicken Tandoori which comes with Red Masala on it & by nature this item goes regular spicy but saying 10X spicy is not acceptable as we have served Chicken Tandoori with same Red Masala for entire day at our Restaurant and nobody complaint to us except you ! Seems you eat zero spicy meal so we request you to avoid ordering Red Masala items as all restaurant serve Chicken Tandoori in White Masala as well & that too in zero spicy level !Also that chicken is fully cooked for more than 20 mints in our tandoor so saying it uncooked is not the point to get agree ! You called us by 1.32am at night whereas we have cleared mentioned on Zomato that we get closed at 1.30am & even on Google our mentioned timing for dine in is 12am ! So once the restaurant gets close for day how can any one will ans the call to listen ur concern ? We request you to Pl check restaurant Operational time once before calling ! Thank you for your review on Zomato & Google both with same concern.
