We recently gifted a box of Bikanervala sweets to our relatives, expecting the usual quality and freshness that the brand is known for. Unfortunately, when they opened the box, the feedback we got was quite disappointing — the sweets were extremely dry, lacked moisture, and didn’t taste fresh at all. It was embarrassing, especially since it was given as a gift. Hoping to share our concerns and give the brand a chance to respond, we reached out to Bikanervala directly. But to our surprise, there was no response at all — no acknowledgment, no follow-up, nothing. For a brand of this stature, we expected at least a basic level of customer service. This experience was underwhelming both in terms of product and support. We’ve always trusted Bikanervala for special occasions, but this has made us reconsider future orders.
