beware!!! horrible experience....Food, snacks...pathetic, service....you are on your own, 1 person is always required to search waiter who can take order and serve you.they literally do not know the meaning of service.

Rotten smelling food was served. We were promised that Carlsburg/Kingfisher/ Tubog will be served. However at the time of the party they refused to serve Carlsburg. We were promised that they will serve liquor on the table then after 30 mins talk they agreed as their GM where we made the booking was not available nor he informed anyone nor he was answering our calls. I strongly recommend not to choose for any party. VERY VERY BAD Service Experience I wanted to give them negatives as they spoil the mood

Please don’t fall for the fake reviews of Big Boyz Lounge — this is one of the worst places I’ve ever been to.I organized an office party here and paid ₹32,000. They didn’t serve the food items that were clearly mentioned in the package — there were no spring rolls, no chicken nuggets. Forget proper food, I even had to pay extra for pizzas, and still, they weren’t served properly.The drinks weren’t served for three hours. When I went to remind the staff that service time was still left, the server named Urvashi lied to the manager saying drinks were already placed on the table — but nothing had been served. This caused a very embarrassing situation for me in front of my entire office team.Their staff is extremely rude and unprofessional — they don’t know how to speak properly or handle customers. Clearly, they have zero idea about hospitality or event management.The lounge itself was dirty — the TV screen was broken, the sofas in the outdoor area were covered in dust and too filthy to sit on, and the toilets were in terrible condition. This place doesn’t even meet the basic standards of a bar or lounge.They wasted my money and completely ruined my party. Because of them, I now have to face daily embarrassment at work.
