The Bluebop Café has recently started with Sunday Brunch, and we needed to experience the same first hand!Having dined here before and the food here always enticed me; I wanted to see what the Brunch was all about, and we absolutely loved it!Ordered for the below listed items from the Brunch menu :- Espresso Martini & Lavender Lemonade G&T were the choice of cocktails for our brunch, and both drinks were perfectly prepared.- Grilled Chicken Salad had loads of grilled chicken with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, iceberg lettuce olives & croutons.- Avocado on Sourdough Toast was delicious, freshly grounded avocado paste on sourdough bread was indulgence!- Assorted Dips Platter was beautifully presented with 6 dips and sesame flavoured lavash sticks & soft round pita bread. (Must Try)- Grilled Chicken Burger was massive in size with grilled chicken patty housed between soft burger buns and wedges on the side.- Peri Peri Chicken Pizza was hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve tried lately! Sourdough base with san marcano sauce and good amount of chicken added in with a generous touch of mozzarella & cheddar cheese and topped with Arugula leaves. (Must Try)- Mexican Sizzler came with spaghetti topped beans and guacamole, totally filling!- Chicken Lasagna stole my heart with the first bite, cheesy affair with pasta sheets and minced chicken stuffed inside – Each bite was heavenly (Must Try)- Tres Leches was soft & not over sweet and a perfect way to end our lovely meal- Tiramisu again was freshly made with well-balanced flavours! The service is quick, the food impeccable, cocktails on point – Bluebop Café definitely checks all the right boxes for me!Do give the Sunday brunch a try!
