Bluebop Cafe on Linking Road delivers a warm, inviting ambiance that makes you want to linger. The owners’ hospitality shines through, setting a relaxed yet lively tone. We tried the Mediterranean chickpea salad—beautifully balanced and fresh. Soft-shell tacos with avocado and refried beans were packed with lovely flavours; pure comfort. The Fiamma pizza was a standout: crisp, juicy, with a proper punch. Absolute must-try. And the truffle mac & cheese? Unforgettable—creamy with parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella, finished with a gorgeous sheen and glaze, perfectly baked. Drinks hit the mark too: a refreshing Aperol Spritz and a solid Spanish G&T. Desserts sealed the deal—classic tiramisu and the Japanese milk-cream sando (do not skip this). Jazz still plays every Friday, adding to the charm. Overall, the food was fabulous. This has become our preferred cafe in the recent past. We started with brunch, after lil'one report days... For her the Cream cheese Korean bun baked here is the best she's ever had... we've complimented the chef for the same.. Today, we decided to come here for a quick bite, but then one thing led to another and we reached here for dinner. Conveniently made reservations through zomato and everything went well post that... it was almost full and we were lucky to get one table for the three of us.. As usual Cream Cheese Korean Bun was ordered.. we ordered a spinach Chicken risotto. The cream cheese bun is the star, as mentioned earlier- but the risotto too was well prepared and delicious. we finished rather the Lil one finished with a chocolate bombolini - and she relished it as well. The service was courteous and respectful. we definitely recommend others to visit the Bluebop cafe
