It's overpriced...and I ordered pancake... The staff served the uncooked pancake... When I asked for replacement they denied first and then agreed after strong argument... I made the second purchase and scan the barcode for discount. .staff denied for it..they said it's not valid on first purchase....lol...if it's not valid then why did you have put those rewards? I asked for ice tea...they had one option. I asked for cold coffee..they had one option. Menu has given 5-6 options but they serve only one If you are going there... Trust me.. prepare yourself for staff behaviour... Food was nice but overpriced And staff behaviour was rude and unprofessional which I didn't expected... Ambience is average like other cafes... If you are ready to pay some extra bucks...choose Mr. Beans near them... They will serve you better and with amazing ambience..you will not regret for that. We ordered a cappuccino and americano, but it tasted quite cheap and unpleasant. We had to add a lot of sugar just to make it drinkable. Definitely not worth the price. We also ordered pancakes, but what we got was disappointing — just one undercooked piece, nothing like a proper pancake. On top of that, it took 25 minutes to be served. Again overpriced. In my mother's word - I could've made a better one at home. Overall, the experience was underwhelming.
