Our hummus is a blend of chickpeas and sesame seeds, and the panini includes freshly sautéed exotic vegetables. Nothing in these items is overly processed or typically linked to causing digestive discomfort. However, we do understand that many factors — including seasonal changes, food consumed earlier or later in the day, or even heat-related issues — can sometimes lead to such symptoms.
