Really I Loved the place. When I read the reviews I was scared about the place but when you visit you'll understand personal how everything and everyone works. Our stay here was amazingly memorable and all thanks to Bhagavan sir, Bharat and Pradeep (Chef) for amazing and delicious food. Thank you guys for everything, hope to visit this place soon... Positive- The staff was courteous and welcoming. The location is a little on one end of the Kumta beach front, but serene. Room price per night was on a cheaper side compared to other stays on the beach. Neutral- The room were okish... Had 24 hr hot water. Negative - There is no reserved parking as such. Also there is no road to the property, and you will have to walk for like 50-100m to reach the stay Recommendation - Not good if staying with elders. Otherwise good Rooms: Decent rooms.. okok Nearby activities: It's beach front Walkability: Reaching the stay is a task Food and drinks: Good Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value
