I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience I had at your Thane Viviana Mall branch, which has compelled me to raise a formal complaint. On my visit, I initially ordered Chole Bhature from one of the outlets in the food court. Unfortunately, the quality was poor — the chole was not prepared well, and I ended up discarding the food. Hoping for a better experience, I then approached Bhagat Tarachand at the same food court and inquired politely with the cashier if I could try a spoon of chole before placing an order. He went to the kitchen and brought out a single chola on a large spoon, which felt unnecessarily dismissive and awkward. What followed was even more upsetting. A staff member named Sunil came out of the kitchen and began shouting at me in front of other customers and staff, saying loudly, “Hum kya ice cream bech rahe hain?” It was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. Despite the situation, I went ahead and placed the order as I was hungry. When I began recording the incident due to the rudeness, Sunil became quiet but remained disrespectful. I want to ask — are your staff members not trained in basic customer service? As a customer, paying ₹300 for Chole Bhature, which hardly costs ₹30 to make, I expect not just decent food but respectful service. This incident has left a lasting negative impression and, frankly, makes me question the values and training upheld by your brand. I sincerely request someone from your head office to look into this matter and take appropriate action against Sunil for his unacceptable behavior.
