Extremely Disappointed with Bhagat Tarachand, Manpada – Pathetic Service! While the food was ️ decent, the overall experience was completely ruined by the shockingly rude behavior of the staff. We had gone there for our kitty party , but the person managing the floor was not only unprofessional but blatantly rude and arrogant. He served us with an irritated expression , showed a terrible attitude, and made us feel completely unwelcome . There was no sense of hospitality or basic courtesy. We were so disappointed and uncomfortable with the treatment that we ended up leaving the place midway and shifting to another restaurant for lunch . This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a reputed name like Bhagat Tarachand. The staff seriously needs training in manners and customer service . It was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. Never returning to this outlet again. Very bad service. Very rude staff. Zero hospitality. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
