I had a very disappointing experience with The Kitchen. The food quality was poor and not properly cooked. What made it worse was the owner’s behavior—extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when I raised concerns about the order. Instead of addressing the issue politely, he was defensive and disrespectful. Customer service is just as important as food quality, and this restaurant fails badly on both fronts.
