Everyone should try the dal bati.. super heavy .. the taste was 10/10. Aam ras puri was very good... Thick aamras with soft piping hot puris. This is bang opposite R Bhagat Tarachand. They have to two adjoining seating area,AC and non AC. We took a seat in the AC section as the heat was sweltering. Ordered for a BKT thali which had the option of roti/chapati and pulav. We went for chapatis,which were nicely soaked in ghee and soft. Thali had a dal glazed with carmelized onions,potato and bhindi fry which tasted amazing and it's the first time I've reached out for a potato dish in a restaurant, paneer sabzi,chole curry(which I had to give up because of an allergy),papad churri,one gulaab jaamun and a tall glass of chaanch. The service was little slow(we went during peak lunch time) which is why I have reduced one star. The ambience is family friendly with about 7-10 seating available and the washrooms are clean.
