Food: Tried the chicken momo, veg fried rice, and chilli chicken curry. The chicken momo was good and enjoyable. However, the veg fried rice and chilli chicken gravy were disappointing. The rice felt hard, and the chicken didn’t taste great either. Ambiance: The place is usually packed with locals, which gives it a lively vibe. Pricing & Quantity: Prices are pocket-friendly, but the portion size is also just average. Overall: Had mixed feelings about the visit. While the momos were decent, the main dishes didn’t meet expectations. Maybe trying a different item next time might give a better experience. Beulah's Bistro is like no other place in Shillong especially for breakfast. The food is very good and wait staff is very disciplined and we'll organised.
