My stay at Bellmount Resort, Munnar was below expectations. The food quality was disappointing, with poor taste and very limited variety. Service was slow and staff response was not satisfactory. Room cleanliness and maintenance also need improvement. Considering the price charged, the overall experience did not feel value for money. For a popular tourist destination like Munnar, the resort needs to significantly improve its food quality, service standards, and hospitality. There are better accommodation options available in the area offering a more comfortable and satisfying stay. Service: 1

"Stayed here for 2 nights in December 2025 – excellent choice in Munnar! The location is prime – right in the heart of town, super convenient for walking to restaurants, shops, and taxi stands. The room was spacious, neat, and spotlessly clean with good hot water, comfortable bed, and a lovely view of the surrounding hills. Staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Breakfast was decent. Overall, great value and would happily stay again. Perfect base for exploring Munnar!" Service: 5
